Anadrol (Oxymetholone)
Anadrol, chemically known as Oxymetholone, is widely regarded as the most potent oral anabolic steroid available for raw mass and strength gains. Often referred to in the bodybuilding community as "A-Bombs," it was originally developed to treat anemia and muscle wasting diseases.
How It Works: The "Sledgehammer"
Anadrol is a Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) derivative, which is surprising because DHT drugs (like Winstrol/Masteron) usually cut fat. Anadrol, however, does the opposite:
Massive Water Retention: Anadrol causes the body to hold significant amounts of water within the muscle cells. This leads to rapid, dramatic weight gain (some users report gaining 10-15 lbs in less than 2 weeks).
Red Blood Cell (RBC) Production: It was designed to treat anemia, so it boosts RBC count drastically. This creates incredible "pumps" in the gym, sometimes to the point of being painful.
Appetite (The Double-Edged Sword): Initially, it stimulates appetite. However, because it stresses the liver so heavily, it can kill appetite after a few weeks, making it hard to eat enough to grow.
General Dosage Guidelines
Anadrol is almost always sold in 50 mg tablets. Because it is so powerful (and toxic), cycles are kept very short.
Usage: Taken daily, usually with food to minimize stomach upset.
1. Men (Bulking / Strength)
The goal is purely size and sheer power.
Standard Dosage: 50 mg per day (1 tablet).
Advanced Dosage: 100 mg per day (2 tablets).

2. Women
